Here are the important bits:

• I was born and raised in Los Angeles.  
• I attended a Jesuit High School and a Jesuit University.  This makes me an atheistic Dirty Fucking Hippie.*
• I spent a year teaching English at a University in Thailand which gave me a chronic desire to return to Thailand and a new degree of loathing for the rules of English.
• I love food.  I love food better if it came off of a cart and no menu was involved.
• My obsession with technology and the future is limited only by my wallet and the lack of a decent time machine.  
• I would like to be paid to write.  It is the only way I will ever do it regularly.  

*I'm pretty sure it says so right on bottom of my Diploma with the other fine print.
