Hot in the City

It's just a little after 11pm in NYC and it's still a balmy 84 degrees.  This might be construed as unpleasant.  In fact, from where I'm sweating like a pig and panting heavily, it looks ike the Empire state building may be melting:

Or it could just be the proteins in my eyeballs denaturing from the heat.  Like two hardboiled robin's eggs in my skull.  Did I mention it was hot?
