Happy St. Patrick's Day

I really truly don't understand why the Church doesn't just move St. Patrick's Day to the second Saturday in March and be done with it.  It would save companies a lot of money and win them some points with the young and drinking crowd.  And the old and drinking crowd for that matter.  In any case, it being a Wednesday night my own Patty's Day plans are rather subdued, but there will be Guinness and loud fiddle & bagpipe music involved.
